| Comments: | I lived in Puerto Rico for 10 years and have traveled extensively in Mexico, Central America, and Spain. I specialize in health and social sciences. Some of my recent translation projects include a book written in Puerto Rico about social stigma and HIV/AIDS, a multi-faceted educational resource on Cuban Political Economy (text book and videoclips), three documentaries by a Puerto Rican film maker, all of which portray social issues affecting women in the Carribbean (The Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Jamaica). Recent editing jobs have been grants, proposals, and articles for social science journals. |
